Dear Elsewhen Technology Clients, Vendors and Friends,

As we continue to follow the progression of, and learn more about COVID-19 in Indiana and globally, we share the concerns of its potential effect on employees, families, and our community. We feel it is important to communicate honestly and keep you updated on the decisions we’re making to look out for the well-being of our staff, clients, and partners.

Our immediate risk remains low however, we are taking the responsibility in making informed decisions very seriously. We continuously monitor information from state and local agencies to have the latest updates to share and discuss, allowing us to modify our approach that will best protect our community. Our team is prepared for a variety of contingencies by ensuring we have the correct protocol(s) in place.

At this point in time, there are no interruptions in our services. We are fully committed to mitigating the risk of exposure to, and transmission of the virus, taking care of one another, and making decisions with you in mind.

We are grateful to all of you for your support. We can navigate this difficult and uncharted territory just like we have all done in the past… TOGETHER. Meanwhile if you need assistance for remote access or any other technology needs, please let us know.
